The wholeness of Terra Noetica spoke to me from the start. It felt like the first vision I’d ever seen that didn’t ask me to leave any part of myself behind. As someone deeply connected to Shai’s teachings over the years, I see this institute as the natural flowering of what it means to truly live those teachings. I focus on digital media and social platforms—but more than that, I want to help build both the online and physical foundations for a sane, harmonious, divinely attuned life. A culture where life itself is the dream realized.

After decades of study, healing, and inner work, I feel called not only to witness the emergence of this vision—but to help build it. What moves me most is the heart center: the bridge between worlds, the home of compassion, the gateway to unity. My hope is for communities that embody truth, integrity, and love—where each human can awaken to their full, radiant self.

Dr. Nir Brosh is a physician, author, and lecturer specializing in the treatment of chronic pain through TMS and advanced mind-body approaches. He is the founder of the TMS Method Center, author of The Power to Heal Pain, and a pioneer in bringing healing, neuroscience, and spirituality into powerful therapeutic integration.

From a background in sustainability and systems thinking, I came to realize that what truly needs changing is the quality of human consciousness. In Terra Noetica, I recognized the possibility of building a home for that consciousness. I feel called to help others encounter these teachings, to support their journey, and to weave collaborations that can amplify this work across the globe. What draws me most is the mystical core—the place beyond identity that connects us all to the sacred.

Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management and a Bachelor’s in Energy and Environmental Management. With a background in conscious communication, digital media, and project coordination, he has worked closely with Shai Tubali for nearly a decade. He supports the dissemination of teachings that awaken higher consciousness.
Tamar Brosh
Role: Emotional Healing, Expansion Method, Community Building

This vision lived in me long before it had a name. It’s the life I’ve always longed for: community rooted in practice, growth, and full human realization. After decades of walking the path of healing—both my own and others’—I now feel ready to hold this temple with others. I am most moved by the knowing that heaven can touch earth. That a life of radiance and depth is possible, and that together, we can make it real. My soul has always wanted to midwife this emergence.

Tamar Brosh is a long-time practitioner, teacher, and trainer of the Expansion Method, and a dedicated student of Shai Tubali for over twenty-five years. Her therapeutic work focuses on emotional healing, trauma transformation, and psycho-energetic awakening. She is also a passionate community builder and spiritual guide.
